That’s wonderful to know. I have a NOOK. I am a member of B&N and have had GREAT customer service for years. In addition, our local B&N has local authors and a very pleasant cafe. They have British history magazines. It is the only bookstore within 100 miles. I try to get them as much business as possible. I literally purchase from them daily because I have a WSJ subscription via B&N.
